Archstone is provided for lawful fund management purposes. You may not use the platform for any illegal activity, to transmit harmful content, or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Archstone and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Archstone and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your fund data remains your property.
Archstone is provided on an "as is" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
