You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you upload. You must have the right to share any documents placed in your data room and must comply with applicable securities regulations.
You must maintain the security of your account credentials, enable recommended security features, and promptly report any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
API access and AI-powered features are subject to fair use limits. Automated access that degrades service for other users is prohibited.
Violations of this policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account. We will attempt to notify you before taking action except in urgent cases.
